I have had a stressful couple of days this week due to a lender who didn't do his job. Rather than go into

a rant about what the lender failed to do, I will focus on the positive! I can say that I am

MORE appreciative now than ever for GOOD LENDERS! If my clients have not already selected a lender, I

have one I recommend to my clients, because she is hard-working and does whatever it takes to get us

to the closing table EARLY or ON TIME. :)

Speaking for lenders.. :-) I am thankful to have Realtors like yourself. Someone who appreciates when a lender closes on time or early. Seeing as YOU will usually talk with the client first, we are always thankful when you feel confident referring clients our way.

John, thanks for stopping by! Still wondering if we will close tomorrow on a file that should have closed on Friday. Great recommendation for Stacie, Sonja. Buyers should know just how important a lender is. Not just anyone can do the job. If the Buyer isn't careful it can cost them many unnecessary dollars or worse the home of their dreams. Just had a lender do that to one of our clients, so sad.

I'm with you on this one. I have a couple of lenders that always try to help.. sometimes they don't have anything that will work for a client, but they take the info and check it out. Very good to work with.
