Hello Everyone. I hope that you are all having a wonderful time. Seems like our business is getting tougher everyday. I believe that things will get better. We must simply change with the times. If you arent doing FHA business then you might want to start immediately. While the sub-prime mess continually sends ripples into our economy there must be another avenue to send business. The avenue I believe that will carry our business through this market is FHA. This goes for realtors and mortgage bankers. 500+ credit scores have the ability to go 97% purcahse and 95% cash out. If you dont get signed up with FHA then you will be out of business. As for realtors, start marketing to renters again. There are so many steals out there right now.
