Chesapeake Virginia Market Report: Berkshire Estates

Berkshire Estates in Chesapeake, Virginia is an upscale neighborhood that straddles the Hickory and Great Bridge school districts.  The portion of the neighborhood that is closest to Hanbury Road is zoned for Great Bridge High, while the southern part of the neighborhood is zoned for Hickory.  Like many of the more expensive neighborhoods in Chesapeake, Berkshire Estates has been hit by the recent fluctuations in the market.
