But enough about the neighborhood!  Let me tell you what I LOVE about this Edmond home.  It starts outside.  The house is on a dead end street with plenty of trees.  There is a great front patio that I would use all the time to hang out after work and visit with the neighbors or to have a cup of coffee in the morning while waiting for the bus.  I can see that being a popular place!

Let's go inside.  I think you will agree that the home has a fabulous cottage feel.  When the flooring was replaced, they chose to use tile in all public areas (the carpet in the bedrooms is new).  The tile they used doesn't look like tile.  It has a wood grain and light driftwood finish so it looks like weathered wood.  Since they used it throughout, the space looks so much bigger.  They even widened the pass through between the kitchen and living area to give a real open feel to the home.
