Zillow Lead Generation

I am considering signing up with Zillow's real estate agent advertisement service of zip code territory per agent. In the past, I purchased leads, and I signed with online lead generating services, which it did not work well with me. Some leads were outdated, incomplete or no data leads, and the lead generation companies claimed I was not aggressive enough with the leads. After that, I was discouraged to conduct business with lead generation companies.

Please can you give your positive and negative feedback on Zillow's agent advertisement system, so I can make an informed decision?

Thanks for your interest in learning about Zillow's agent marketing platform.

The program is called Premier and agents around the country are reaping the rewards of their investment and good follow up on buyer and seller contacts.

Premier is not lead generation per se; Moreso, it's premium exposure for your listings, premium exposure for your brand as consumers shop for homes and do research about home values.

Our customers will tell you that they enough opportunities to convert business to make a good return and that Zillow buyer and seller prospects are more likely to get to the closing table.

Once you have an engine in place to process transactions from leads, the focus must be on lead generation to fuel the engine!

Zillow allows worse post that this, some info is missing, but continual lies about agents of choice their choice.

 

If you want it is easy to see how the group started in zillow, why it started, and why it still exist.
