Ann, I agree with Bruce it is a nice looking unit and was wondering what the HOA fees are. Sometime that is something that turns off potential buyers or it may even disqualify them.

Thank you. The condo fee is $135 a month...it includes lawn, exterior (except concrete and deck) and street maintenance as well as snow removal for the unit.
