Well that long awaited day for car enthusiasts has finally arrived. Is that true? I think it's a long awaited week! This week for all in the Detroit area and many others throughout the country and world, we are celebrating good old American car culture. It's estimated that well over a million spectators and 40,00 muscle cars, street rods, collector, and special interest vehicles will arrive this year for the event. And truely an event this is! For those of you who enjoy a beautiful car with a roaring engine and the smell of gasoline or burnt tires, this is the place to be! I know it may sound a bit corny, but in this state (Michigan) things look quite bleak so to have a weekend of excellent distraction is quite welcomed! For those who are planning to head over to Woodward Ave today, be safe and have fun. And for those who are just hearing of the cruise plan on making it next year, it's truly an incredible experience!
