 A friend of mine invited me to lunch last week and we ate at Franks Philadelphia Sandwiches in Costa Mesa.  I have to admit I did not know what to expect when we went, but I was pleasantly surprised.  I would see their delivery van all over town and thought they have to be doing something right.  First and foremost make sure you have plenty of time to find parking, because it is in a small shopping center and parking is difficult to come by.  The first impression when you walk in is "I know I am about to eat a great sandwich".  The vibe is awesome and the staff is extreamly friendly.  My buddy told me I have to have the Philly Cheese Steak with the works to get the full effect Of Franks Philadelphia Sandwiches, so I did.  My cheese steak sandwich was great.  It was hot with a lot of meat, cheese, onions, mushrooms and peppers.  Did I forget to mention the onion rings?  Friendly service with great food!
