Charlotte NC's Woodbridge Neighborhood

  The Woodbridge neighborhood in south Charlotte NC is one of the areas hidden gems, tucked away just off of Carmel Rd.  It's a neighborhood you could drive past without ever noticing.  

 Located between South Park and the Arboretum, the Woodbridge neighborhood blends a convenient location with quiet and tree-lined streets.

   Though it's located close to South Park and also has easy access to Uptown via Providence Rd, Charlotte's Woodbridge neighborhood has a tranquil and quiet atmosphere.   It's convenience without the hustle and bustle.  

   Woodbridge neighborhood homes were built in the 1970's and the neighborhood does NOT have a mandatory homeowners association, though there is a voluntary neighborhood association which maintains the entrances and organizes neighborhood events with dues of $45 per year.

   Real estate sales prices in the Woodbridge neighborhood have ranged from the low $200's through the low $400's over the past year.
