I saw this listing several days ago, but I just noticed this same property listed on craigslist for $750. Is that a hoax or has the rent been reduced?

Thank you for the comment! The listing you saw on Craigslist is a HOAX. We had it listed there for a few days for $950/month - $950 deposit same as this posting states. The property got leased in just a few days so we took it off. Someone copied our pictures and information and re-posted it as their own property with a much lower rent and deposit. I have had people call me and say that the reply to the ad said to western union the money to West Africa or Nigeria. It has happend before with other properties we have had listed so people need to be careful when replying to these ads!
