• The median price of homes for sale was $210,000 in May compared to $199,900 in April.
• The number of homes sold remained the same from April to May at 78.
• The number of homes for sale were 485 in May compared to 505 in April.
• Homes sold were on the market for 51 days, while homes currently for sale have been on the market for 78 days.
• There currently are 6 months of inventory for sale.
