Located just west of I75 on SR 54 in Wesley Chapel is one of our favorite communities, Lexington Oaks.
Lexington Oaks has outstanding amenities and is very well located for shopping and work. The lush, well maintained landscaping and pedestrian friendly design combine for a scenic, peaceful and inviting environment. Roads do not run straight in Lexington Oaks, they meander as if they are in no hurry at all. Wide sidewalks run on both sides allowing neighbors to stroll, jog and bike throught the day and especially in the early evening.

The building above contains the community center and workout facilities. It is next door to the olympic sized pool and the children's playground facilities.
Also nearby is the soccer field, the basketball courts and the child day-care facility, "Sugar and Spice Preschool".

The community of Lexington Oaks is also known for the namesake Lexington Oaks Golf Course which runs throughout the community. This is very convenient and the prices reasonable for resident golfers. However, as this is a public course it does not create any fees or charges for community residents who do not play.
In addition to a beautiful 18 holes the club boasts an aquatic driving range, a clubhouse, bar, restaurant and pro-shop. All open to the public.
