Port Lawrence- A Condo and Mixed-Use Loft Development in Palm Springs

When I joined Lyle Realtors last year, the buzz in the office was the new development across the street called Port Lawrence, the first Condo & Mixed-Used Loft project in Palm Springs located at the corner of N. Palm Canyon Dr. & Alejo Rd.  My broker, Scott Lyle, was instrumental in acquiring the property for developers Lawrence & Graeme Rael.

This is quite a project!  How are sales going?  Is it finished, or close to it?

There have been plenty of reservations for Port Lawrence.  The developers are going to break ground in a month or two.  The underground garage has to be built first before the buildings can be constructed.  Because it has been so hot this summer, they are waitiing until the fall to start construction.  It is all being built in one phase, so this should completed in early 2009.
