Amenities include: nine beach access points along the 3,000 foot strip of private beach, a Tennis center and gym, nine parks and common green areas, and four pools- one of which offers year round swimming.  The characteristic curving cobblestone roads are speckled with wine bars, outdoor cafes, ice cream parlor and charming shops that make you want join the Epicureanism philosophy.  Overall, this community is family friendly, convenient, and above all beautiful- a great location to invest in your next home.
