Tom - I agree I hope it rebounds and that you head out this way. funny thing is that I actually have some business going right now after a very long drought, I wouldn't even call is a dry spell :) it was a drought. I'm hoping the momentum keeps up. but a deal is never done until the owner has the keys........ so we will see..... Hope all is well,
