I joined the blog-a-day blogathon for next 30 days. This is day 2 of the 30-day-challenge.
In these 30 days, what better could it be to share something either I learned from some of the ActiveRainers or some other resource online and share it with the group?
At times, I may not know where and how I learnt about the websites and may not be able to give due credit to someone who informed me about that, but I still want to Thank all of them who contributed to my knowledge which I plan to share.
You can create a free account on many of these websites and some of them may have some minimal subscription fees. I am sure, these websites will help you in your business - one way or another.

Can't remember the birthday of a friend, relative or co-worker?
Search our database of 120 million names and birth dates.
Unlike many other websites where you may have to pay lot of money, this is the one that provides you the information from public records. Here is the note on their website says:
Note: Our information comes from official government records so it is best to search using the person's full first name, like Robert instead of Rob or Joseph instead of Joe. But, if you do not find their birthday after your first search, try again using their shorter first name. Also, the City/State/Zip shown in our results may not be current. It is what was listed on file at the time our data collected, and just used to help you identify the correct person. Use our free database to search tons of birth records and find the public record you are looking for. We offer this database free, these are provided by the government. Free public records.
Now, if you are in Real Estate, do I have to tell you where you can use this information? Some of us are really very good at asking the birthdates and some (like me) are little shy. So I found this simple way of finding their birthday information. The database contains only 120 million names – and this is another limitation.
Of course, now-a-days, there is an easier tool available – if you are friends with this person on facebook and if that person allows sharing of some vital information, it’s easy to find out someone’s birthday. For comparision purpose and to best of my knowledge, facebook has about 120 million subscribers, too.
