Yardley Commons is one of only two condominium neighborhoods located in Yardley Borough. The
neighborhood was built off of Main St. near the Yardley Train station in the 1960's. The different
floorplans include a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo approximately 900 sq. ft. unit, a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo
that is approximately 1,096 sq. ft., a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that is approximately 1,264 sq. ft. and the
rare 2 bedroom condo plus a den that is approximately 1,400 sq. ft. The majority of the condos are
located in 2 story brick buildings, but a rare few are cottage style with no one above them. Some of the
condos have views of the canal and tow path with patios or decks backing up to the woods. This is a great
community for folks wanting to live in a small town, but who have to commute to the city. The Yardley
Commons association fee is different for every condo as it includes electricity, water & sewer but is actually
based on usage. The set condo fee is approximately $323 per month and covers pool, exterior
