Tenant Placement Only Services: Willems Realtors will endeavor to find a "Ready-Willing-and-Able" tenant.
- Properties photographed and surveyed.
- Tenants screened, based on credit, income, employment, and landlord references.
- Owner pays utilities, mortgage/rent, and advertising until a tenant is place.
- Owner pays one months rent for placement and advertising costs.
- $150 upfront processing fee. If services are canceled prior to tenant placement, fee is 1/2 month's rent.
- Willems Realtors assumes no responsibility for the care or maintenance of the property.
