Hi,

I was wondering if any of you could share your success story or failures about BRO, (i.e.: what was your return on your investment?)  I am considering joining, but do not know anyone personally that is a member and am very hesitant with the price invloved.  Any advice?

Tim, just a quick response here.  I just posted telling about my recent trip to the By Referral Only Main Event in Reston, Virginia.  Reading it may help you learn about By Referral Only.

Tim, the By Referral Only Community is INCREDIBLE!  You find support, systems to truly give you back a life, and "systems" to help you service your clients in a way that will amaze you and them!  With the market as slow as it's been...I'm still picking up business.  The investment is a bit hefty the first year but it's amazing how far you'll go in WOW-ing your clients present & past.

They offer a FREE ONE HOUR CONSULTATION.  You can always call and talk to someone to see what is out there.  The MAIN EVENT that you've read about is FREE to members.  Non-members pay $1000!  That alone pays for almost 3 months of your membership.

Call 1-888-382-3796 and ask for a FREE CONSULTATION!  There is no obligation or harassment if you say "no thank you."  You can also check out their free marketing nuggets that come monthly...the stories are REAL!  Their success can be YOURS!

BEST OF ALL...after 1 year your rate drops to $199 FOREVER and you will also continue to get all the free tools that come out after your membership began.

Hi Tim, I won't repeat what's already been said. Just know that this "investment" in the future of your business will not only change the way you view your business, but how others in the community will view you. I've received nothing but positive responses since I began implementing just a few of the strategies taught.

Thanks for the response Ilyce.  But is the "investment" been profitable?  Also, what are the comments and results you get from you sphere after implementing the BRO system.  Do you ever get complaints from friends thinking you're just soliciting them?  I'm just asking because those are fears that I've had from other people's comments.  Also, you said something about the "community" viewing your business differently.  I thought the BRO system was more towards your own sphere as apposed to additional advertising?  Thanks for the response and the advise!

Hi Again Tim,

In your response to Ilyce you asked... "Do you ever get complaints from friends thinking you're just soliciting them?  I'm just asking because those are fears that I've had from other people's comments."

The By Referral Only system is very different from many I have seen.  I am a ReMax agent, and ReMax is very gung-ho on Brian Buffini.  Buffini very much stresses working on your sphere of influence.  The beauty of By Referral Only is that is gives you a system, and shows you a method where you can constantly build up the value of your "service" to your clients WHILE you are working with them.  As they come to see what great service you offer, and grow to really value what you are doing for them, that is the time you can work the By Referral Only system with them.

It is much easier to ask someone for a referral, or as Joe called it, an "introduction" to your client's friends or family members who also have a need for a Realtor... when they have grown to really VALUE your service because of the work you have done for them.

Then, when they actually DO introduce you to one of their friends or family members, they do not see it as doing YOU a favor, but feel that they are doing the "good deed" for their friend by connecting them to you.  Is this making sense ?

When you build value into your services, and when you yourself begin to agree that the service you offer to your clients IS of value, I think you will see the feelings of fear you have of complaints begin to gradually disappear.

Tim, I have been in real estate for over twenty years.  Joe Stumpf's By Referral Only system is far and away the best I have seen.  Only one problem.  You have to actually USE it to make it work.  LOL

Best of Luck to you !
