North on Hwy 78 is a quiet, rural community named Lavon. It is situated on the east side of Lake Lavon. The city of Lavon offers its residents a small town environment with various housing options that meet the growing needs of the community.
August was a quiet month within the city limits of Lavon. There was a small number of transactions sold for single family housing.
