Yesterday I attended a great class over in Boise Idaho sponsored by Guild Mortgage and First American Title. This class was extremely informative and set up in an Agent Forum arena.
Guild Mortgage covered how and when a buyer could get a loan who has previous bankruptcies, foreclosures, or has completed a short sale.
What extra tool they did have to offer was the services of Advanced Credit Solutions.
Advanced Credit Solutions specialize in helping a client to dispute incorrect, inaccurate or misleading information found on many peolple's credit reports.
Some of the areas they have helped with disputes include Past Due Amounts, Charge Offs, Judgements, Bankruptcy's, identity errors and child support.
They actually will audit the credit bureaus' for you, to ensure that the information on your credit report is accurate.
Yes there is a fee that is associated with the services...however when all this company does was outlines it was very apparent that they earn thier keep! They will however offer a free consultation on your first visit!
I see this as a win win situation....many things on our credit report are reported incorrectly.....thus our scores are affected....

The owner of this company has been in business many years..he is not a fly by night operator! There are many companies out there that are interested in taking your money but not providing results....Advanced Credit Solutions is not one of those companies!
