Active Rain Informational Blogs-The Gift That Keeps on Giving!
Ellen Dittman has found something that can be very useful to all of use. Perhaps this will prompt ActiveRain to catalog our blogs by topic??? Might be a good plan.
Active Rain, wheather we realize it or not, has been accumulating information and articles over the past that are so valuable to us.
For example: today I had to find out if a particular condo project was FHA qualified, so I googled the words
"condo fha approved" and up popped an Activerain blog from 4/10/10 written by Zondre Morris.How greatful I am to have gotten the information so quickly.

As an added note: earlier today I was researching another real estate subject and another active rain blog came up I found very useful!
