Based on numbers collected on 09/21/10, there were a total of 282 active Residential Property Listings in West Covina (down 4 from last week) - 229 West Covina Single Family Homes (-5) and 53 West Covina Condos (+1).
The lowest priced West Covina Home is listed at $200,000 ($173.61/sqft, 21 Days on Market), the highest priced West Covina Home is listed at $1,870,000 ($515.58/sqft, 236 Days on Market).
The lowest priced West Covina Condo is listed at $119,900 ($168.87sqft, 286 Days on Market), the highest West Covina Condo is listed at $475,000 ($232.16/sqft, 10 Days on Market).

In addition to the active listings, there are 43 West Covina Homes and 5 West Covina Condos in Back-up Offer Status, and 83 West Covina Homes and 25 West Covina Condos are Pending Sale.
Since last week's report (09/14/10), 15 properties have successfully closed Escrow - all of them were Single Family Homes (ranging from $278,000 to $600,000), putting the total of sold Residential Properties for September so far at 35 (compared to 45 properties within the same time frame in August 2010).
