Yesterday educate2earn instructor Dana Booth taught a class on pre-foreclosures at the Professional Institute of Real Estate. Dana has been teaching classes for years but has a markedly different experience now that he is affiliated with educate2earn.
At the Professional Institute of Real Estate's invitation, the class Understanding Preforeclosure Purchases in Arizona was offered to real estate professionals for $20. Agents were able to learn more about preforeclosure purchases, including understanding the distressed property owner, transacting with the distressed property owner, save and simply closings, applying the model to today's market and common misconceptions and oversites. Plus they were able to earn 3 General credit hours for the continuing education.
As you know, often classes offered by educate2earn instructors are offered free of charge. But be
cause the educate2earn presentations and materials are of such high quality they are sometimes asked to teach classes for other organizations who do charge a fee.
The exciting thing for me is that educate2earn focusing on quality instruction and presentations in providing CE classes for real estate agents creates a win-win-win situation. The Professional Institute of Real Estate is able to offer quality classes as a part of their business. That's a win! Real estate agents are able to come and get relevant and up-to-date information that will help them with their business while earning CE credits. That's a win! And yesterday a loan officer from AmeriFirst Financial was able to attend the class, answer any mortgage related questions and meet agents who may choose to work with him in the future. Another win!
In short, it has been my pleasure and my passion to grow educate2earn into such a quality organization over the past year and a half. Being able to touch so many lives really means a lot to me.
