Either Buyers are not loyal or they just dont get it...

As full service Realtors, we can help anyone person find the right property. But they just don't realize that we can show all listings. They stay busy calling every real estate company in the book or on the NET. If it were me, I would much prefer to have my agent do all the work..

It is like going to a fine restaurant, place your order with me and like me do the cooking ( I mean looking).

Good post Laurie, I feel like making that very statement on the top of my website in bold print so potential customers won't have to go anywhere else but with me. I think educating is important here also. 9 out of 10 buyers probably don't know that the services of a Realtor are free because seller pays commission.

I agree, I always try and educate my buyers on the process but they still sometimes simply just not get it.
