Newport Coast Home prices have continued to drop. Just this past week they did go up a bit but there still needs to be a considerable shift in demand before we see a significant change in pricing.
Last week I attended a foreclosure seminar and in Orange County, Newport Coast and Corona Del Mar were the 2 areas with the highest change June to July with foreclosures. While these 2 communities are very desirable and usually attract affluent folks, they have been hit by this horrible economy too!
