Getting sellers to understand
Why do sellers have such a hard time selling their home? It's called emotional ties most of the time. I understand that they have put money into their house, but when it comes down to selling the house, it's a business transaction. I wish a lot of sellers would understand this. This is part of the reason why their house doesn't sell. They have a price they want to sell the house for and in reality, it's priced too high. Sometimes as Realtors, we have to be very blunt with sellers, so they will understand that in order to sell the house, it has to be priced to sell.
