Use that FOUR Letter Word!

The dreaded four letter word we do not like to hear! At the sound of it, an immediate sinking sensation in the pit of the belly festers while the heart forgets the precise timing of the next chord scheduled to echo it's beat. The brain begans to decipher it's implication.......

It's that dirty four letter word!

A feeling of despair, hopelessness, and dismay hits the hearer who has to brace himself from the light-headedness experienced from withstanding the impact of it's resounding! Beads.... salty with excretion, form dew-like drops on the brow as an appearance of lines upon the forehead alters the countenance of the once smiling face........

It's that dirty four letter word!

Difficult decision

If at all possible, we'd avert, go around, and shoot that word to smithereens in an attempt to delete it out of the dictionary... never to be heard again! WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT! On closer examination, if we would understand the hidden value of that four letter word, we would never call it dirty! We would exert it's power and get results...... GOOD results!

The four letter word is, WAIT. That's it..... WAIT! WAIT? OH NO! We don't want to wait! We want to Keep Moving! We have goals to fulfil! We want the industry to get back on track! Hurry! Gotta keep up! Who want's to wait? Haven't we waited long enough? Let's go! C'mon!!

Late Concept

If you are moving without directives..... you're not going anywhere anyway!! There are specific significant instructions to be awarded to those that wait..... the answer for the situation you are facing right now! This is not just any wait... it's the waiting before the LORD! Hush... quieten yourself! In the wait, there is preparation and guidance. In the wait, you can enter into the Presence of your GOD.... HE too is waiting.... waiting for YOU!

STOP what you are doing right now! Shhhhhhh! WAIT! Listen, hear..... receive correction, forgiveness, healing,.... insight! Your Father, who made you wants to help you. You cannot do this by yourself! Only HE has your answer.... it's in the waiting.... W A I T! HE beckons you.... enter in and find rest.

WAIT..... It's a GOOD four letter word!

Isa 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Psa 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and HE shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

Mat 11:28 Come unto me, all that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Marchel, whatever you are waiting for, GOD will make the wait worth your while.... as a matter of fact, HE will cause you to forget the reason you were crying...... HE will make it up to you.

Do you know what? I suffered greatly.... but in the suffering, i knew GOD would deliver me, and i didn't want to look back at how bad i acted.... so i determined i would rejoice in the suffering keeping my mind on what HE promised me. Be strong, and of good courage!

Diane, waiting is something that most of us don't do very well. We are a society of instant gratification, and have a hard time waiting for answers to things in our life as well as in our prayers. The Lord always answers us, sometimes it is YES, sometimes it is NO, and sometimes it is WAIT. He works on his own time schedule, not ours and the quicker that we learn that, the quicker we will be at peace.

Yes, Diane...

We have here a great group of Holy Spirit lead Christians...who are NOT afraid
to proclaim that Gods Word through our Messiah Jesus is how we live and
practice real estate.

We are not a watered down version of what the Lord said to be......

We may not be perfect.... BUT we let Him work on us.....when we stumble,
we ask forgiveness and turn around and walk on -- closer to the goal He
has set before us.

We let the washing of the water of the Holy Spirit happen as we read and
apply the Word of God in our lives... and as a result we be become
clean and pure.....

It is NOT easy being separate from the rest of this world..... with its preoccupation with status, money, popularity, and power. BUT that is the life we have been called to so we can be useful to HIM. Having priorities that are the inverse of the rest of society is hard:

The poor in spirit (Those who depend on God, not themselves or a group
of others) are blessed, not the "powerful".
The meek are blessed (Not those who do it their own way, instead of asking
and listening to what God says to do)
The childlike are blessed (Instead of those who want to appear "older and
more wise" than others yet forget that God wants to be their father.)

I could go on and on..... just read the beatitudes... you will understand where I am
going with this comment.
