BP Gulf Oil Spill Affects housing Market

A 20 year veteran oil rig worker has to sell his home. BP promised they would be here till the end, the end of what, is what a Saraland Alabama Home owner is asking.

There are commercials running day and night with BP stating "we'll be here while the coast recovers from the oil spill." There is no way BP will help everyone that was/is and will be affected by the Gulf oil spill.

What about the individulas affected by the spill, like homeowners and Real estate agents that are struggling. Its not just the impact on the environment and tourism, its about each individual person that was and is affected.

WKRG news report in Saraland Al. and how the BP Oil Spill has affected this one man's struggle.

More opinions than you want to hear about.

Are you sure that BP is responsible for the bureaucratic moratorium?  Perhaps the government's unreasonable reaction to the accident is to blame for Brian Lambert's unemployment.  That is what I got out of the news clip.  He didn't even work on a deep water rig.  The Interior Department is the real party responsible for destroying the domestic petroleum industry.  Well, if the administration wants to destroy the entire economy, they have to work on one sector at a time.

You know what Mike, I wrote several sentences and kept deleting them. I don't want to offend anyone, so I think I'll do what our government officials do. (past and present)

I'll just turn my head and pretend I saw NOTHING. Maybe it'll go away. Can you imagine the impact if we had no Oil?

All I can say is BP did not follow the safety guidelines, and whomever was suppose to be governing BP Failed!  Eleven(11) men were killed due to negligent, Who's? Thats to be determined.

Brian Lambert is just one statistic, no he didn't work on a deep well rig, but his shallow water rig was compromised due to the BP oil spill.

Our Administration,( past and present,) Hum!, well let me quote:

" we need to find some balance. "

But wait! then we wouldn't need parties, would we?
