I got an e-mail yesterday from a lady that wanted me to look for a West Jordan Home or Condominium here in the Salt Lake City area.
I get a lot of these, (wish we got more) and I generally do a search of homes for sale and send them back a list of homes that I think might be of interest as soon as possible.
On this one I tried something different and gave some instructions on how best to perform that search for a condo or home in West Jordan herself using what I think is the best search tool for the money anywhere. Our website with IDX.

something small in west jordon... either town house or house.. it wil be a cash sale no subject to's and flexible possession date. that should help. I'm coming to Utah from Canada next week an d would like to have something to look at but not a 5 bedroom ! :-) thanks

Since I can't find any previous home searches that you have done on our site, and you indicate that you are coming to Salt Lake next week, I am going to suggest that you start developing a list of homes that could be of interest to you.
We have a pretty good tool to help you look for a West Jordan Home or Condominium.
The first step is to go to our website @ www.saltlakebankownedhomes.com then follow the steps to find that home or condo for sale in West Jordan Utah.
•· Click on the red button near the top of the page that is marked SEARCH FOR HOMES.
•· Click on BY CITY.
•· Put a check mark in the box next to WEST JORDAN.
•· Enter the price range for listed homes you would like to see. I put in listings starting @ $190,000 to $225,000.
•· A property count will appear in red letters on the right hand side of the page indicating how many Homes or Condos are listed for sale on the MLS in West Jordan UT, in the price range you are interested in buying (today it is 42).
•· Next, click on the START SEARCH button directly under the number of homes for sale.
•· Two things appear now to help you look for a West Jordan Home. First a map of West Jordan, with icons placed wherever a listing is available. Just hover and get a thumb nail sketch of the home and a click will bring you the necessary information on the house or Condominium in West Jordan.
Secondly if you scroll down, all 42 available West Jordan listings will be shown. Now you can see photos of homes, maps of the area, street views of the West Jordan Neighborhood, a walking score, other homes for sale w/in a 1 mile radius so that a quick check of comparables can be easily found to see how your listings stack up.
Lastly, on the same page is a mortgage calculator to give you a quick look at what your monthly payments would be on the W. Jordan Condo, or home for sale.
That's about all you need to find all of the homes listed for sale in Salt Lake City, south Jordan, Sandy UT, Draper or almost any other city in Utah.
