Iron County Third Quarter Sales Statistics.....

I have been putting together the statistics from the third quarter of this year and found some interesting things when compared to previous years. After the slowdown in the market whch began in 2007 we have seen the drop then the steady increase in sales volume.  I was also surprised by the hump effect in average sold prices. 

I realize that 2009 will be skewed by the $1.399Million sale.  Things appear to be getting better.  I also recognize that this year may be skewed by the tax credit, so the numbers may be a little higher than they may have been otherwise.
