This is for FREAKY FRIDAY. I religiously follow Gwen Banta her perspective on the MLS and the interesting things she finds there (other than houses) are side splitting. She recently re-posted this one from Gary Woltal... puts on whole new twists on graphs. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Ever since I had basic Math prior to Algebra I in eighth grade, I have been fascinated by graphing. I think inherently it is becaue I am a visual person and when you graph information or numbers, it paints a truly vivid representation to you and THE NUMBERS JUMP OUT at you and their impact is unquestionable.
Within our blogging network of real estate professionals so many REALTORS do such a wonderful job with local market reports showing you trending on prices month after month, year over year, the amount of home inventory and even average days on market to sell a property. You will see graphs even on the percentage of distressed properties growing or declining in a certain town compared to a larger city nearby. All well and good and very relevant for each market area. REAL ESTATE IS LOCAL.
But my humorous self sees GRAPHS EVERYWHERE in life. Here is a sampling of late to perhaps let you appreciate and maybe SMILE just a little bit more in your day about how important all those numbers really are... it really is ALL ABOUT THE GRAPH.
