Eleven Years ago, I sold a home here in Temecula for a family, and found them a new, larger home for their growing family.
Now, that same client is...searching for a Temecula home, for their parents, who are elderly and would like to find a home here in Temecula to be near their Children.
I was extremely happy when the Alvarado family, called me and asked me to assist them in finding a home for their parents here in Temecula. We wrote our first offer today!
...I remembered all of the details of their two transactions: How we had to move the stove that Mrs. Alvarado's father bought for her, into the new home. (I had some workers of my husband help with that!) And how little Mimi, who is not so little now, would get tired and I would have, "See's suckers", to make the house hunting a little less painful for her and for her three big brothers who are all grown up now!
It's great to get referrals but when the same client calls after such a long period of time it is really, very special!
