Fernando, sometimes people just need to get used to the idea that they have to accept the realities and if they are selling, that means selling. Not putting it for sale and then ask not to put a sign or do an open house

Very positive, sensitive and timely video.  I know so many really nice people who have gone through this and are completely ashamed.  It is nice of you to let Sellers know that they are not alone.  I love your point about moving and taking your home with you.  We need to remember the old saying, "home is where the heart is".  Thanks for the great post.
