Today - we actually found out the exact offer price of another party on a short sale property! Needless to say - this type of information is invaluable to our client!
Agent's aren't supposed to tell of course - but many agents talk... especially when we use specialized psychological information gathering techniques! (If you are an agent in the Chicago area - don't worry - I don't use Chinese water torture!)
