The median single family home price in FULLERTON this week is $537,000. The 486 homes have been on the market for an average of 142 days. Inventory has been tightening and days-on-market increasing recently. The Market Action Index has been basically flat, not providing strong indication for market conditions.

Adam, I find your report interesting, I am an LA native who is now living in Newport, Oregon. FYI: Our days on market are increasing except for the unbeatable deals from people liquidating second homes at the beach, or foreclosures, which are beginning to drive the market. I am glad to see you still have a fairly high median price of $537,000. For that you could buy oceanfront here in Lincoln County. :) Thanks for your informative link to the southland!
