If pictures tell a story, then videos must tell a noveletta.
Introducing Charlottesville, Virginia Neighborhood Videos
I surf the web, I know how great it is to watch those YouTube videos of far-away places and exotic lands.
But, you're looking to Relocate 2 Charlottesville, Virginia, not Burma, right?
You're browsing every web site related to Charlottesville, Charlottesville Real Estate, Relocating To Charlottesville, Moving To Charlottesville, Albemarle County, and Fulton Gaylord (alright, just a shameless plug!).
And what have you found?
Lots of pictures? Pictures of our landmarks, our historic sites, the University of Virginia, the two Medical Centers, and lots of MLS Listings with pretty pictures of houses.
But now, you can add another fantastic resource-Neighborhood Videos.
I took 'em with a small Nikon digital camera hanging out the driver's side window of my Chevy Blazer.
Here's an example of one:
No sophisticated editing, no glitzy music or sub-titles, no fancy fades to black.
What you get is a street-level, bird's-eye view of specific neighborhoods and developments.
If you GoTo; Forest Lakes Properties, you can see EVERY neighborhood within the 1400+ home complex of Forest Lakes that I call home.
GoTo: Relocate 2 Charlottesville, and you'll see many of our most popular neighborhoods around Charlottesville and Albemarle County forever preserved on video as they appeared in the year of our Lord, 2010.
Let me know what you think. I love feedback and/or constructive criticism.
These videos are for you. They're supposed to give you a better feel for our many and varied neighborhoods, by letting you drive through each, all from the comfort of your computer.
