I read an interesting sales research study this morning from the Gearner Group identifying top traits for successful sales people. Some traits, like active listening and seeing from the buyers world, seem so simple when I read them yet it is sometimes the simple that are so easy to do we drop it.
The top three however are powerful because as simple as they are I believe they are rich and deep with meaning.
