Wow! This Mom may get the message across more effectively than thousands of articles, lobbyists, bloggers and TV talking heads.

In this sadly hilarious rap, she encapsulates the the root causes of the foreclosure crisis and the human tragedy of families losing their home.

Foreclosure, forebearances, bank paperwork and runarounds. This is a must see.

This rapping mom may finally get the decision makers's attention.

This was on a Las Vegas blog today and I said this is "awesome in so many ways".  Hilarious and sad at the same time.  Sign of the times!

Sad but true.  What are all of us to do?  People are losing their homes while investors sit back and collect in so many ways from our back pockets. Sad but true.

T H A N K  YOU!!!  T H A N K  YOU!!!  This makes me feel a little bit better!

After going through the hoops with the HAMP plan of action, requested updated documents, trial period payments  3 + 1 (required) and we continued until we received the letter of decline that we no longer were qualified for the program.  I strongly believed something was amiss and requested to verify documents, etc.  No luck.  Since have seen articles stating customers can re-try the HAMP, no long waiting period, and one contact person at the bank to handle the case. This would be great if true... in the process of researching what to do.  Case is continuing into foreclosure, that we want to avoid. A retired judge has been hired to speed up the process of the backload.  Not sure what re-course we have now, attorney basically says he cannot submit a "motion to dismiss" now???  Frustration, Overwhelming, Like a FT job to keep up.

Note:  Always held credit with high regard, great credit FICO scores.
