duplicate content, is your website provider killing your ranking? real estate website templates

I've had the same website provider for some time. At first it was a decent relationship but as I became more SEO or Internet savvy I started asking questions they couldn't answer.

First I asked questions like can I place a sitemap on my site, and do you have any sitemap tools. After several inquiries I got a short, curt response..... "at this time we do not have the ability to do that".

Next it was can I rearrange the content based on preference or does it have to be last in first listed. The long awaited response was basically "NO".

Next it was ummmm errrrr... some guy in South Carolina stole some of my content. Why is it that my site still has a 2006 copyright date when it's September of 2007?, to date I have not gotten a response.

My latest gripe is that Google and other sites view duplicate content as potential theft of others sites. I emailed my website provider to try to find out if they can offer some kind of solution. Not only did I get no response, they even deleted my request from my que of service requests. Is it just lousy customer service or are they just not keeping up with the new Internet demands.

My site http://www.turnkeyproperties.org is the identical content as http://www.turnkeyproperties.netreal.net . Most search engines see this as duplicate content and www.netreal.net will not even respond to my requests for a solution.

So basically my website provider is ignoring my requests, can anyone suggest a template based real estate website provider that will pay attention to complaints, not charge me an arm and a leg and actually keep up with current SEO standards.

www.netreal.net was great 4 years ago, but as the Internet has changed www.netreal.net has not kept up with the changes. I am looking at some other sites and I could really use some input.

I need the site to be able to accommodate rental listings as well as sale listings, I would like to incorporate a blog and most importantly I need to be able to have my staff update listings without knowing HTML or having to modify pages. If you are happy with your site provider please let me know and I would like to view it.

Ben, there are sites that will provide you with the templates, others that will provide you with content and templates like Advanced Access has consistently helped real estate agents with SEO and quality sites.  Point2agent.com will give you a free site, but you can get additional template benefits from their paid sites.  This is an area I have been reviewing for the past three years and there are others sites I could recommend, email me if you want more, but this will get you started.
