These Days, Giving 100% Just Isn't Enough.

Yeah. Yeah. I know what you're thinking.
"Craig, have you finally gone off the deep end?"
Well, my dear readers, indulge me for a moment if you will.
In my opinion giving 100% is the minimum required just to stay in
business these days.

Buyers and sellers expect us to give 100% of our effort in getting their home
sold, or helping them in the purchase of a new one.
We need to be giving more than 100% if we can expect a client to hire us.
Real Estate is a service oriented business, and these days our service needs to
be unprecedented.
These Days, Giving 100% Just Isn't Enough.

This blog was inspired by my good friend Debe Maxwell's recently featured post:
Under-Promise, Over-Deliver: Tried and True Customer Service Mantra

Craig,
Well at least we know you don't "monkey around" when it comes to taking care of your clients.
Larry & Sheila - Thank you for setting the record straight you guys! Take that everyone!
Joan - Angry gorillas, rabid rhinos, petulant pumas. It doesn't matter. Bring 'em on! I'm not afraid!
Gay - I like your style Gay! If I wasn't so under the weather when I posted this one, I would have added a disclaimer... "Any resemblance to your Realtor is purely coincidental" and "No gorillas were harmed in the making of this blog"!!!
Michelle - Thank you Michelle. 100+ percent is what's expected and what we need to deliver.
Robin - Settle down Robin! This is a family blog. (Pssst. Whatcha doing tonight?!!!)
Roger - 200% is probably closer to what's expected these days. thanks for the kudos my friend.
Scott - Funny you should ask Scott. While I would never misrepresent my listings, i do have some fun marketing them. And then when they're sold, I have even more fun. For me, a simple "Sold" sign just doesn't cut it....
SOLD! Another Apex, North Carolina Home Sold by Craig Rutman!
Al & Peggy - I'm always confused! But by your math, if you had 100 listings would you only be giving 1% to each of them? More confused?!!!
Bob - Thank you sir. And thank you for stopping on by today. Come back soon!
Wanda - I always want to be someone's hero. That's what they hired me for.
Craig, it is fun to pop by and see where you have put yourself lately. This is no "Where's Craig?" Thanks for the laughs.
Mike - That's pretty funny Mike. I can always count on you for a good quip! Thanks for popping in today my friend.
Vickie - It takes sooooo much more these days. But, it's part of the job and we just have to do it.
Pat & Wayne - Any agent who thinks 75% is the new 100% is just setting themselves up for failure.
Ryan - I like the way you think my friend! If it ain't warped, it's probably boring! Well done!
Jane - Speaking of pickles.... Mount Olive, NC Pickle Drop
Christine - Thank you Christine. I had a little fun making this one.
Claudette - You little link clicker you! Actually, I love all of you guys. I just put that in there to see who's really paying attention!
Larry - I do love what I do. And I have fun doing it. But, there is no monkeying around when it comes to giving it my all for my people.
Ron - I thought about a "Where's Craig" series. It's on my "List-O-Plenty!
Craig, I happen to think that going off the deep end is one of those things you just gotta do on a regular basis! Love this.
Patricia - I love that you love this! Now as far as that "deep end" thing goes.....Welcome to my world!
Hey Craig - I thought you were going to say that you LAUGH..ha-ha... in the face of danger!
Toula - Danger...HA! Incompetent agents...HA! Shark attacks....HA! Evil Teddy Bears......Cry like a little girl!!!
Looks like you are everybody's hero in this picture. Wow. You are even mine!
Melissa - If I'm a hero, then I'll need a heroine by my side........ Just saying. Asking. Pleading!!!
That thing is obscene.
Jane - So I'm going out on a limb here and guessing that I won't be seeing you at the Mt. Olive Pickle Drop this New Year's Eve?!!!
Where can I get a buyer client that looks like her?
Philip - How did you know that gorilla is a female? I never mentioned that in my post!!!
Ooooohhhhh! My hero!
Laura - Ha! Ha! Ha! I'm no hero. I'm something. But definitely not a hero! Now this is a hero!
Oooooh that looks better yet! Wait, that's not exactly what I meant,... but,.... sorry,.... I'm going after that one!
Laura - Please seek help!
