It is also true that many, many properties are bought and sold at this same time of year.

Serious Buyers will benefit from less competition from other Buyers that "take the Holiday off".

Robby: I agree with everything said here. Now if we could just get the lenders to be as serious as our buyers and sellers. Even with great loan brokers, we still seems to hit a major slowdown. And our cash buyers who make an offer on a Short Sale, still have to deal with the slow mortgage holders. Not giving up, just saying there is a third player that needs to get "serious" ... seriously! ~Rita

Rita, your comments are true, there have been some slow downs with many lenders. Definitely fine one that works to smooth out the bumps and get your buyers hooked up with them. This won't take the hurdles away but you will know that you have someone fighting for the success of the buyers on your side. And short sales, Oh yes these are exciting, slow and many times painful. If you need an amazing short sale negotiator to make these much more successful call me (206-910--1632). Jim does an awesome job on ours and we have a very high success rate.
