Furniture Rental - Help?

By
Real Estate Agent with Desert Heritage Real Estate

Does anyone have a really good place for furniture rental at reasonable prices for an open house staging or an unufurnished rental unit? ActiveRain is such a good place to find progressive partners and get great information. I would be interested to know if anyone has done this and what kind of response they have received from going the extra mile?

I haven't seen any short term furniture rental places and I'm not sure the quality of furniture would nicely stage a home.

Have you considered contacting an interior decorator? They work with furniture companies and both would get the promotion in the home and possibly business.

Noella Santerre
Noella's Home Staging - Assonet, MA

Try Cort Furniture www.cort.com. I use them in MA & they are Nationwide. The price is based on the amount of furniture you need which a good Stager can figure out for you.The accessories are supplied by the Stager, so it's more important to get a good Stager with the proper accessories.

Noella Santerre is a professional Home Stager based in Assonet, MA. servicing Lakeville, Middleboro, Taunton, Raynham, Berkley, Dighton, Somerset & Fall River.

Hi Gaylen...

Don't know if you have made much headway on this yet, but homestaging is recommended on some homes and the "right" staging can make all the difference. Here are a couple places to check out.

Hi Gaylen - As a home stager here in Phoenix, I would suggest you call Willena at Cort. She's the best!  Their website is www.cort1.com .  If you want her phone number, just email me.  Good luck! - Calie

Gaylen, You are right where so many stagers are these days. We too are looking for good deals for furniture rental. :) As far as unfurnished furniture rentals go -- once again you are right there with home stagers. We are moving into this type of staging also. Gosh it just makes good sense to show off how well the unit will work!
