Concord MA Real Estate - Market Update for November 2010

Currently there are 92 single family homes in Concord for sale between $259,900 and $8,500,000 with an average list price of $1,295,000 and a market time of 146 days.

In November 2010 there were 16 homes that closed within the month for Concord MA. This is an increase of 6 units as there were 10 homes that closed in November of 2009.

The November 2010 housing statistics for Concord break down as follows:November 2010

  • Homes Sold: 16 between $330,000 and $2,100,000
  • Average List price: $917,700
  • Average Sale price: $837,000
  • Average Market time: 168 days

There were 9 homes that went under agreement between $375,000 and $1,625,000

  • Average List price: $810,000
  • Average Market time: 171 days

The November 2009 housing statistics for Concord break down as follows:

  • Homes Sold: 10 between $350,000 and $705,000
  • Average List price: $518,000
  • Average Sale Price: $499,000
  • Average Market time: 156 days

 

For the period of January 1 to November 30, 2010 there were 143 homes that closed for Concord between $275,000 and $2,850,000 with an average of 113 days on market. This is an increase of 24 units as there were 119 homes that closed for the same period in 2009.

For the period of January 1 to November 30, 2009 there were 119 homes that closed for Concord between $330,000 and $3,000,000. With an average list price of $1,015,000 and an average sale price of $945,000 with an average of 152 days on market.
