AR has done it again.  I had a problem and they have really responded.  First, they actually return phone calls promptly - I left a message and they called back in less that 2 hours.  In fact I think is was more like one hour.  GREAT JOB AR.

Second, they listened to my issue, understood my problem, and then did their home work.  I have to say that this is exactly what I wanted, but had very little hopes of seeing.  They have worked it out  and I am a very happy AR member - proud again of AR.  Keep up the superior work AR - you are the best.

I haven't had many problems myself but on the few occasions that I've had to call they have been on point and able to quickly help me resolve my issue! So, I completely agree there customer service is AWESOME!!

State Wide -- yep - they have demonstrated awesome customer service on several occasions.  Don't we just wish other companies out there could learn from them?
