Today is Sunday December 12 which means it is my day 12 of the 31 day
challenge.
Today I will be going to Church to feed my spirit and soul.
Then I will be showing a short sale home to my buyer. We went into
contract about 3 months ago and just now have gotten our counter offer.
Lets hope this home still looks as good as it did when we put our offer in.
