Working with a client and establishing a good rapport and breaking the ice as soon as you can is a key to longevity in this business. Learning how to do this does take patience and tact. Each client has their own strong personality, and you have to learn to adjust to that. It is just like a contract for marriage, but not quite as long term (lol).
If it wasn't for spousal support or ones significant others support, I don't believe we would have as many successful Real Estate agents in this business or in our line of work. I feel they are the backbone to our achievements. They have to hold the fort down while we are at on the road, all kind of hours, and are willing to roll with interruptions during quality time with each other. They are there when your business is up or whether it be a downturn. They are always there with their love and support, and there to pick up the pieces if things are going bad. This is not only in our industry, but in all occupations.
Take time to reflect on these special people as we go into the holidays, with a special gift just for being there. "Support From Your Significant Other" will help you reap much reward in this business and any other venture. We can count on them as they can count on us.
