Although I would love to complete Audra's HSR program, I am eager to get my business rolling and have the opprotunity to take "the last seat" in a Dallas course given by Staged Homes (for the ASP certification). This option seems perfect - no expensive flights out-of-state and no hotel (I can stay with friends in Dallas!).
