Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas Party Dec 17 2010
Our KW Kirkland Holiday party at The Parkplace Pub turned out to be a great get together, bringing veteran and new agents and all the office staff together to celebrate a year well done!
Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas Party Dec 17 2010
The Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party was held on Friday Dec 17, 2010. It was at what used to be the TGIF restaurant at Park Place in Kirkland.
Of course, the first question when planning the Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party was - formal or casual? As the office was polled, it because clear that this year, especially, there were few people who wanted to pay big money for a formal affair. So the formal idea was taken off the table.
It was decided that casual and reasonable price were important considerations for the Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party. Food? Of course!
Family friendly or only adults for the Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party? That one had more debate. Finally it was narrowed down to adults only. Not because the party was going to be family UNfriendly, but because children would add to the complexity and cost of the event.
A fun, casual atmosphere with things to do for a lot of people was the choice for the Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party.
Make it free flowing, with a lunch for a reasonable price. Day time, and drinks available but not free. Oh! Let’s do the White Elephant gift exchange at the Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party! I know, I know. That is old as the hills and has been done a million times before. BUT, it passes the time, mixes the people up, and involves everyone at some point.
The white elephant gifts for the Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party were not to exceed $15. That mandate was followed very well. No one uttered the words, “You shouldn’t have!” Instead, it was more common to hear “WHAT is THAT?”
Someone brought a pig that you could use for toothpicks to the Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party. That one was the groaner. No one stole THAT one! The great prize which was traded to the limit was a goofy horse embracing the yet to be purchased wine bottle!!
Easy three hours. Comfortable conversation with lots of great people. Easy price. No one got drunk. Casual dress. Goofy and fun gift exchange. The Keller Williams Kirkland Christmas party was a complete success.
