As I have mentioned before, I am very concerned about the market in Maricopa Arizona and the impact that the release of the lender backlogs will have on home values. Fortunately, it will be hitting us at the perfect time as seaonal buyers will begin to "migrate" in large numbers shortly after the first of the year. The huge snowstorms that are hitting everyone will only help the cause. It's going to be a wild ride and I'm looking forward to it!
